Question: Is there a particular disease for man boobs!?
A friend of mine said its some sort of disease which im just not sure about!. Hes not a body builder or anything but hes nowhere near fat!. Hes just average!. But his "boobs" are like, im not even kidding, a size b!. What is this called and why!?

It's not a disease, but it's a medical condition called gynecomastia!. It could be caused by a hormonal imbalance (especially during puberty), drug use, or tumors/disease!. I suspect this is the reason for your friend's breast growth since he's not overweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's not a disease, guys don't 'catch it'!.
It's a genetic thing, and also it can be set off by weight gain (getting fat can trigger it)!.
It's glad tissue AND fat, so you can have it, and not be overweight, it can be the excess glandular tissue in there, not just fat!.
The only treatment is surgery - they can take out the glandular tissue, and/or do lipo to take the fat out!.
