Answers:
your testes are fine
what you are feeling is probably the spermatic cord or the epidymys
they both attach to your testis

Cancer of the testicle rarely presents as a sudden bad pain!. In fact most people don't feel it at all!. If the small ball like thing feels like a bag of tiny worms, it is probably a normal structure called the epidydimis!.!.
However severe testicle pain is always worth a visit to the doctor!. It is unlikely to be torsion of the testis as the pain from this is usually disabling and makes you vomit!. A hydrocele or varicocele is possible but the doctor will have to diagnose it properly (ultrasound usually)!. A remote possibility is an inguinal hernia but this would not appear to be a pain in the testicle, unless it is cutting off the blood supply to it!. This would be treated as an emergency
An immediate visit to the doctor is indicated I think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay calm!. The pain is a warning that something is wrong, so you want to get to a doctor!. It could be a begign growth and the swelling could be causing pain as it puts pressure on everything else!. It could be a cancerous bump!. The thing to be really concerned about is testicular torsion!. Which is simply put your testicles getting twisted!. This can block the blood supply as well as causing swelling when the ducts leading away from your testicles get block!. This is a pretty serious thing!. If it is torsion if you don't get it taken care of by a doctor you can lose a testicle!. Not trying to scare you but you need to know the score!. Doctor timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Severe testicular pain may be a symptom of a very serious situation - a torsion of the testicle!. Sometimes the testicle can be slightly twisted on the inside through no fault of your own!. The very dangerous thing is that if it is a torsion - this results in a loss of blood supply to that testicle!. Pain is severe and this required immediate attention before the testicle is permanently damaged!.

Sorry to scare you but you might want to get that checked out immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
