How to start building biceps?!
Question: How to start building biceps!?
Im 15 years old and 5!.11 and im fairly skinny, 130!?, 140!? but does anyone know where i should start to build my biceps, and yes i can go to the gym but tell me what i should start and do for the first week or so!.!.thnxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Arms:
Bicep curls
Tricep curls (2/3rds of your upper arm size comes from the tricept)
Forearm curls
Back and Chest:
Bench Press
Butterflies
Shrugs
Lower body:
Squats
Calf raises
Lunges
