Most guys have some, but quantity varies!. It can be just a few drops on average for many guys while others may drip a steady stream when sexually aroused--even without an erection at times!. Purpose is to adjust the ph (acid/alkaline) balance in the vagina, does provide a bit of lubrication but not much since it dries rapidly exposed to air!.
