It sounds like it's just a pigment irregularity!. Basically a freckle that (probably) wasn't caused by sunlight!. It's not uncommon and as long as it isn't anything else, it's not a problem!. If it isn't raised, or swollen or "angry" looking, you're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
