Help with fitness??!


Question: Help with fitness!?!?
I am 14, male, weigh 140, 5' 8"!.!.!.!.!.can i get some pointers on how to get some more muscle!? Not the MACHO MAN muscle, but still muscles!. (Like biceps, and abs)!?


I eat healthy, i am very slim, and already have some abs"ness" forming, but i never work out!. I eat healthy, and i am pretty strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try push ups and sit ups!. and maybe a bit of running to decrease your body fat to show your muscles more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
