Try updating Java script!. There are a few causes of freeze up

1!.outdated java runtime!.( update Java)
2!. overburdened Graphics memory!. ( Check the size of Graphics memory, and install a better card if needed!.)
3!. a faulty ram module!.Run a memory test program and see if you have a ram chip going out)
4!. a heat issue with the processor!. ( check to make sure your cooling fan is spinning up when needed and keeping cpu cool!.)
5 Make sure you do not have file issues!. ( click start, click accessories, click system tools, click C Prompt, when window opens type CHKDSK /f!.
It will ask if you want to schedule chesck disk on restart say yes then restart system , it will run a complete file check and correct any file problems!.

Best of luck i fthis does not solve your issue send me a note at prsctboy@yahoo!.com!.
Will see if we can try a few other things!. and will send you everst home edition to check your system, Feel free to read the reviews first on everest home edition so you know it is a good , and safe program!. its file size is 220 kb small and powerfull for checking ones system and very safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Although you didn't mention it I am guessing that you have XP as your OS!.
Try downloading SP3
Download spybot S&D or another reputable anti-spyware!.
Perhaps your programs are more memory intensive than one gigabyte doubling it isn't very expensive (anything over two gigs with XP is a waist)!.
Increase the size of your swap file!.
Make sure your fans aren't blocked and get a can of air a clean them!.
Finally, if this is still happening have a PC tech check your power supply it may be going out and if you have to get a new one ask for one with more watts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do u download pr0ns!?!?
why not just reformat
or maybe its a hardware issue!?!?
IS IT OVERHEATING!?!?
take it to a computer repair shop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
