It takes a very long time!. Also, you need more than one exercise to see decent results!.
What I do is use an extender device!. It works better & faster than the exercises!. I've already added 1" & love the added benefits of lasting longer & having a lot more confidence!.

from what i have read it takes months of doing it everyday like a hundred times if u don't do it too hard and injure yourself permanently in the process!. i just accepted my 5!.5" and don't sweat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
