Nervous to go to school weight room....HELP!?!

Question: Nervous to go to school weight room!.!.!.!.HELP!!?
ok the reason i am nervous is because last yr in the beginning of football practice i decided to ont play anymore, mainly bc i got lazy and didnt fel like waking up early in the summer!.

When football finished i did wrestle, which btw is the physically toughest HS sport there is!. Our highschool football coach respect people who wrestle and i have wreslte, but every since i quit the team i have been feeling nervous around him bc i thikn he looks at me like a quitter!.

Dont get me wrong, i have never had that kind of a relationship with the coach where its like, were cool with each other, we just said hi and bye at times and talk about things, like school and such!.

Now im going in the morning at 9am and i havent been there for a while and im probably weak as hell, what should i do!? Theres going to be mainly football player there but hopefully there wont be alot of them there in the morning!. But one thing is for sure the Head/main coach will be there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm!.!.!. i don't know what Ur question is!. u didn't really ask one lol!. but weight room class and Ur old coach is the teacher !?!?!?!? just ignore him!. its not his buss why u quiet Ur team!. and if he does try to talk to u about it say what u told him!. "it wasn't for me, everyone wanted me to join" hes not Ur dad so u shouldn't look up to him when it come to him looking at u as being a "quitter" if u think Ur weak, just start out with a low weight like 80 pounds or something (idk if that's low, i don't weight lift) but u will enjoy weight lifting class!. every boy i new that was there favorite class of the day!. even my brother who is like 250 pounds NEVER played a sport ever in his life, plays video games, lazy (sorry john), they all went after school even before going home!. the room was open for an hour after school!. but i hope i answered what u were trying to ask!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off Man Up

pump the iron and if your dedicated you'll be benching 300 pounds in no time, but don't worry bout the coach do your business by getting in the weight room and listen to him

work hard, break a sweat, and if you wrestled hard enough you should have put on atleast 30 pounds on bench and 40 on power cleanWww@Answer-Health@Com

go out and show him ur not a quiter when every body else is walking u run when he gives yall a break u be streaching and ask him questions while the others goof aroundWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont listen to these guys!. u need to stand out as much as possible!. dont worry som much about how much ur liftin just show the coach ur workin hard!. to get stronger dumbells help alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i play high school football and don't worry, just get in a group with other weaker people

edit: how would that be being an a*s!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just suck it up and go lift!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him that you are trying to get your life back on track, and that you needed some time off for some "major thinking/reviewing of your life's path so far, and what your life is to become"

Saying something like that will hopefully put a shock to his face, showing him that you have matured, and that you will be dedicated to weight lifting!.

Also talk to him about a good work out plan FOR YOU!. Maybe a cardio one too!.

There is so much that I could say, but I am a bit tired, lol!.

But that should help a lot, don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
