Maybe not a bladder infection but a urinary tract infection (UTI)!. Excessive recent masturbation or sticking things down the opening can also cause the same symptoms by inflaming the urethra, but if you haven't had unprotected sex recently, it is most likely a UTI!. Another remote possibility is candida infection!. If you pull open the lip of the tube where it exits the glans is it bright red inside!?
If you have had unprotected sex then that opens the possibility of early chlamydia and gonorrhea!. The first will eventually cause a clear or white discharge, the second will have a green discharge, milk the penis and see if anything come out like toothpaste from a tube!.

Troy, it sounds like a urinary tract infection of your bladder!. You need to get a quick and simple urine test with a Dipstick strip which can use a couple of drops of urine to tell if you have bacteria and/or pus cells in the urine!. Treatment is with prescription antibiotics which are very effective!. Get to a health clinic or your doctor who might even want to start treatment without an office visit!.
