Question: My husband has PE!?
so my husband must have premature ejaculation because he doesnt last long maybe a minute!. = ( he is embarrassed!. he use to go longer but since we have had kids and we dont make time for "us" it has just went down hill! what can he do to retrain himself to go longer!. can anyone reccomend any books etc!. or advise that may help us get through this!. i am getting frusterated and we need help!!

Carve out two nights a week just for the two of you!. Get a babysitter!. Go on a date!. Try to spend an hour or so just giving each other massages!.
