i am 14 turning 15 soon over thee past 4 weeks i have had small pinkish pimples on my scrotum / penis they do not hurt at all sand they sometimes itch i think it might be inflamed hair is it ok or bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a mild heat rash!. It is summer!. Try powder down there after a shower to absorb the moisture!.
