How long will it take to see results?!


Question: How long will it take to see results!?
How long will it take to see reuslts in my abs, and legs, and arms, i f i do weights 10 times and 10 sets [i only have 10 pound weights!.!.); crunches, 5 sets of 7; and leg raises, 4 sets of 10; 4 times a week, and do cardio for about 30 minutes 5 times a week (a 2 mile run/jog)!. I also eat very well, with protein, no junk, no pop, no sugary anythings, lots of meat and veggies, and fruit!. Only whole grain foods, you get the jist!. I am 14 years of age, weigh 135 pounds, 11!.5 percent body fat, and in very good health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

5 sets of 7!? you should be doing more than that for crunches!.!.!. but that is just me!. I do like 5 sets of 100 with a 10 pound plate (behind my head, do it, it works!)

For your leg raises, this is what you should do:
1)Lift up both of your legs 6 inches above the ground (or how ever much you can without letting them touch)
2) Lift your legs 1!.5 feet above the ground
3) Lift your legs about where you waist would be!.
4) lift it close (but not completely) straight up in the air!.
NOTE: hold each for 10 seconds, then repeat!. After doing this twice (if you can, this may take a while) on number 1, hold your legs apart!. Also do these positions 25 times (1,4,1,4,1,4,1,4!.!.!.!.etc, but not to fast, not to slow!. so you feel the burn!.)

your cardio is pretty good, great job!. Your body fat isn't bad, which is pretty cool!. what is your height!? If you keep up your cardio, once you get down to 6% body fat (around there) you will have your abs!

4-8 weeks, just depends on how your body reacts to your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
