Bicep curls??!
Question: Bicep curls!?!?
I only have 10 pound weights, and cant get ehavier ones!. Is there a way to do bicep curls, that works as if i am lifting heavier weight!?!?
For instance:
I saw a regimen that had this as the plan:
1 set of 12; 20 pound weights
1 set of 10 ; 30 pound weights
1 set of 8 ; 40 pound weights
1 set of 6 ; 50 pound weights
Could i do it this way and still have the same workout as the workout above:
2 sets of 24 ; 10 pound weights
3 sets of 30 ; 10 pound weights
4 sets of 32 ; 10 pound weights
5 sets of 30 ; 10 pound weights
Would this have the same impact!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically the theory is bigger weight = less reps!. smaller weight = more reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
