Everyone actually has a six pack, most people just have fat covering it up!. You need to cut body fat, and train your ab muscles

However, here is the key!. Get on a diet program that includes a total of 3 meals and 3 snacks per day!.
Focus on protein, then add minimal amounts of healthy fat and good carbohydrate sources!.

Between 6 and 8 weeks!. You have to both diet and weight train!. For diet, eat green vegetables and low-fat protein (skinless chicken, turkey, egg whites)!. For workouts, walk at least 1 hour 3 times a week and do captain's chair, long arm crunches and kick box!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
