Question: Hi, I'm 13 years old, and like 3 weeks!. Weighing 130 pounds!. 5'2!.!?
I want to know what can I do to improve my body shape!. I have no abs, a little muscle!. Kind of cheap for a 13 yr!. old I think!. What should I do, how much of it in a week!. EX> Do situps for 8 min!. Pushups for 6 min!. Lift like 80 pounds for 50 min!. 30 min!. everyday, 5 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are still young and your body will take time to develope!. find some good ab exercise- dont just do crunches!. get some dumbells for arm curls and keep doing push-ups!. count how many pushups you can do and then try to increase every two weeks!. make sure you are not eating fast food or junk food!. eat veggies, fruit and lean meat or fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
