i am 4'10" 15 and a month and i want to know if ill get a growth spurt my mom is like 4'11" dad is like 5'7" moms side is short but one cousin is like 5'11"][ dads brothers and nephews are like 5'10" to 6' and when do males stop growingWww@Answer-Health@Com

u need to concentrate on taking ur vitamins the centrum once a day everyday so ur bodies cells can develop properly then hydration all the time 8 to 10 hours a sleep!.!.eat well whatever u want really ur 15 and the most important is to stretch urself on ur bed as hard as u can in the morning rightwhen u wake up each and every morning!.!.!.!.that will increase growth stick to that game plan and u will remember my name for the rest of ur life God blessWww@Answer-Health@Com
The easiest way to find out whether you will be larger is to see your Dr:he can check your growth plates and almost predict how tall you will be!.

i know how you feel!. im short too!. don't think i'll be growing anymore!. im bout 5,ft and 2 in i think!. but i m skiny, not too skiny!. but thats not much of a problem, im girl! haha! thought i still whish i was a bit taller!. it kinda sucks!. welp, cant help ya!. sorry!. same problem cant get solved!. do you know cary elwes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
People stop growing at different times!. Some stop at 15, other go until they're in their early 20's!. You probably just haven't hit puberty yet!. There is no way to judge how tall anyone will be at this stage, though!. If you're really worried about it, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
some men dont get there growth spurt till there late 20's!. still have your mom take you to the docter and make sure it is not a hormonal inbalance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
