Gym help!!?!


Question: Gym help!!!?
i go to the gym 3 times a week, yet i dont seem to be getting any major results on my pecs!.!.!.can someone advise me on the amount i should be doing !.!.

do normal, incline, and decline bench presses!.!. 3 sets of 8 reps!. then on the fourth set go all out untill u can't do more!.!. do that for about a month and u should see resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on how old you are!. If you are going through puberty, then your muscles will increase about 3 times faster than say an older man that has already gone through puberty!. Also, if you have saggy moobies, the skin is already streched out and it is unusual for the skin to go back taunt to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
