Seminal fluid!. It comes from the prostate gland!. Sperm comes from the testes!. The fluid you describe is a naturally ocurring urethral lubricant prior to ejaculation!. I would suggest that your ejac was incomplete, or too fast, and didn't let much sperm into the mix!. It could mean fertility problems if every episode is like this!. The clear fluid is called precum!. It's a fluid meant to clean out the urethra!. Which means you're either "empty" or not actually ejaculating!. Go see your doctor and have them diagnose you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
