Answers:
Pre-ejaculate is secreted by the Cowper's gland (also called the bulbourethral gland) http://anatomy!.iupui!.edu/courses/histo_D!.!.!.

Its purpose is to line the male urethra to make the passage of semen easier!.

Now that the anatomy & physiology lesson is over, the amount of pre-ejaculate won't increase or decrease if you're drunk!. Or not drunk!. As you said, it just depends on the guy!.

Regarding sex while you're very, very (very) drunk: you're probably too drunk to notice whether you're taking more or less time!. Being very very drunk interferes with your perception of time!. As alcohol is a depressant, it can give you what's called "brewer's droop", which is impotence due to intoxication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If a guy has too much to drink there may not be any c*m at all!. He may not even be able to get it up to do anything with it

He may go so long that everyone loses interest or gets too sore and tired

Its not a good idea to mix a lot of alcohol with sexWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're taking a big chance because most of the time when drunk you can't perform the penis just won't do what you want!. It also is rude to the female to have sex when you are drunk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
