Question: What is the best way for me to become healthier!?
Ok, I'm 6'3" 240 lbs so im kinda hefty but not like 400 lbs my blood pressure isnt great but I think that is also because I smoke which as of tommorow im quitting its expensive and it just makes me feel like crap, I drink ALOT of pop because I was raised with that being the norm in the house that I'm gonna quit gradually but hopefully cut down to one can every day or two!. But what else would help lower my blood pressure and to help aid in stopping smoking because I have a real weak spot for this addiction but my mind is set on quitting!. Any advice or thoughts are appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the soda is KILLER!. dont stop gradually, stop NOW!. it is practically poison and probably the only thing holding you back from being healthy!. make a serious effort to totally stop asap!. look up what i does to you and you'll be convinced within minutes, even the ingredients should send shivers up your spine!.

it really great that you are quitting smoking, you should be proud of yourself!.

after youve quit these two things, start exercising regularly, maybe running a couple miles a day, take some kick boxing classes or something!.!.!.!.and start to purge your diet of artificial and unhealthy foods!. good luck with the lifestyle change youll feel tons better about yourself soon!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat oats in the morning with bananas, dried apricots or any other fruit, a small handful of nuts and a bit of honey!.
You can also make a shake with these ingredients, just add some milk!. That way its quick and easy to drink!.
This is a great start to your day because it is very nutritious and it will help you dealing with addictions and minimise the temptations of junk food eating!.

First, honestly, you should see a doctor before beginning any new regimen or life altering dietary change!.

Next, quit smoking!. Check!.!.!.

Next, diet pop!. Easy, breezy, beautiful!.

Next, exercise!. Not just running or sit-ups, but engage in activities that you enjoy that get you active!.

Next, diet!. That is, eat healthier!. Improve your fruit and veggie intake and remove unnecessary calories and fat (IE: regular soda or humongous portions)!.

Finally, understand that this is a marathon and not a sprint!. You don't get healthier over night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat fast food, don't eat any junk food for that matter!.!.!.
cut back a lot on sodas!. i drink maybe one soda a month and rly, it makes a difference!. i lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks only from just completely stopping drinking soda last summer!.

Stay off the sugars! no pop, no candy! stay off the starch no potatoes, rice, white breads! No fried foods!!!Eat more vegetables and fruits! Eat less portions but more meals!

But your wasting thier time, Look Im not trying to be the best candy azz answer here but lets look at the facts, Youve already stated that your 240 but not like 400 what that means is your not being truthful to yourself, Keep up this attitude and you will be saying Im 300, but its not as if im 600, Plus you say your going to stop smoking!.!.!.Great but again why do you already fail at it when you state that you will begin tomorrow, there is always the excuse tomorrow, tomorrow, you and I know it your never going to quit, and finally the PoP, Gonna quit gradually!.!.!. and then you will ONLY drink 1-2 cans per day, get serious, go 100 percent not half azz it!
