I think what you are is either a very clever liar, or you measured with the wrong side of the ruler--- the average adult male is not even 8 inches when erect, let alone soft--- however 8 1/4 centimeters is about 3 inches, this is probably more accurate!. The average erect male is 5-7 inches, and the average flaccid male is 2-4 inches!.
