Hi i have a boyfriend that has a big problem he is not surcumsized and to me seems like he should be his skin covers all of his penis even when arrect he canot pull the forskin back at all as it is to tight to go back and it hurts him alot!.To me itt looks like the head is to big to pop through,he says when we make love that it hurts him and feels like ripping so he has to pull out then he goes soft and cant keep it hard many of the times he has to finish him self off what should he do about this problem!.
He says that hes scared to go to the doctor as he will have to get surcumsized,and is worried that after doing that he wont feel pleasure anymore as he is convinced that its all to do with the skin!.

His skin is too tight, which is why it's not pulling back properly!. It's not all about the skin, and if it's a problem already then things can only get better! He may be able to have a just a small amount of skin removed rather than the whole lot!. Plenty of men have their foreskin removed, I'd encourage him to go to the Dr!. Tell him to go and talk to the doctor!. He will answer many of his questions!. It's not like the thier gonna force him to get one!. Besides, I think he has the opposite idea when it come to the sensitivity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just do what some of the answers above say about stretching!.

He doesn't need circumcision, but the doctor can give him some betamethasone cream which will help stretch the foreskin so that it will move back normally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
