It sounds like your husband may be suffering from Nocturia, which is determined when a person cannot sleep for 6-8 hours with the need to urinate!. This is usually accompanied by frequent urination throughout the day!. The common cause of nocturia is a urinary tract infection!. Other causes could be interstitial cysts and use of diuretics for other pre-existing conditions!. Does you husband take any medication for neurological preconditions!? Has he recently been treated by radiation!?

I would suggest that you do a little research on your own to learn more about the condition, but definitely defer to a professional to be certain that this is the case!. If your current doctor is unable to help, get a second opinion by another professional!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing to consider (and yes, I'll be serious)- does he have sleep apnea by chance!? If he snores a lot and/or sleeps on his back, this may be the cause!.

A couple suggestions that I've used when having problems sleeping:

-Eat dinner earlier than you currently are eating!.
-Limit his intake of fluids in the 3-4 hours before bedtime, and obviously, no caffeine or alcohol!.
-No vigorous activity before bedtime; consider this as it relates to what you're watching on television!.
-If he's going to exercise, maybe have him do this in the morning; it'll help his metabolism throughout the day!.
-As far as food goes!.!.!.instead of 3 big meals, maybe go to 5 smaller meals- a much more even caloric intake!.

Good luck; hopefully they find what's wrong and he can enjoy a full night's sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He is psychologically quite disturbed which he can't tell others !. I think , you should ask him not to relax in bed at all in the day time!. He should go out for long walk !.!.!.!.!.!.and at night , after dinner , he shouldn't talk or watch any movie or such serials in TV which makes his mind tense!. He shouldn't talk with anyone after dinner !. Better it is for him to go out for a casual walk and then after urinating et him go to bed !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.read any light magazine or watch any light porgramme that hardly irritates one's nerves -----such as , Discovery Channel or National Geographic in which the pics are good and not irritating!.
This should work for him !.
If you can , why not meet a Homoeopath and get the Homoeo meds!.!.!.!.!.such as , Caliphos 30 (which s safe for anyone, at any age , without any side affect!.!.!.!.!.one can never be an addict by taking this !. If you go by caliphos 30 , give him four to six globules/tabs four times a day !.!.!.!.!.!.not in empty stomach !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does he exercise at least 1 hour a day!? If he doesn't, try going for a walk with him every evening!. That always helped my father!.
Tell him to relax!. He maybe stressed out by his job or an event that may be occuring in his life!.
Listen to music you enjoy before going to sleep!.

I studied cases like this in my psychology class, this seems to be a good one to bring into class!.

I am kind of a noob at this right now, but I hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
