Answers:
you need to tone as well as cardio!. Cardio ( running, swimming, cycling) will burn fat but will create that extra skin!. Toning exercises like sit ups, press ups and strand pulling will help the skin return to normal !.

I'm 5'11'' and 132lbs!.!. but i'm kinda thin from a thin family!. weight is genetic to a degree!. 160 sounds about rightWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you loose more weight your going to have more exess skin!. not really sure when you can do about it try working out, do some press ups,sit ups and work on your chest doing benchpress!. that will probably help!.

Good luck on your date, if it doesnt work out theres plenty more fish in the sea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not take off your shirt while on the date!. Other than that, at your age, just weight, your skin will go back to a normal skin for your new size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tone yourself!. and also, make shure not to loose more weight!. you might have lost your weight too fast, and that willl create teh extra skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tone yourself up,
nd the skin thats left over has to be removed with surgeryWww@Answer-Health@Com
