Question: Im 14 and traning, will this stop my growth!?
im traning, and i do weight work, cardio, and dieting,
dieting is only un till summer so about 4 weeks, eatin round about 1200-1600 calories,
weights i do with weight that i can manage 10-12 reps in,
i heard if you can o above 6 reps your ok!.!. but not sure
if anyone can confirm, can this reduce my overall height!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's a myth that working out stunts growth
in some cases working out every now and then can help promote growth but obviously overdoing it,whatever age, could make you injure yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

working out at anytime is gonna be good for you, but like the first post said you are still alittle young, i woulnt do to much intense stuff, lifting weights and all is fine but dont push yourself to much untill you get abit older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you probably shouldn't lift weights, or do whatever you're doing, when you are 14!. way too young!. you are still growing, still developing, and should wait to do what you want to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No not at all, guys can start lifting around eighth grade or when they start getting pimples on their shoulders and back!. Either of these two gives the ok to start lifting without any harmWww@Answer-Health@Com
