Will a doc refuse me if I asked for re-circumcision to straigten out some damaged skin!. Do cosmetics really matter if everything else functions normally!? How much would the surgery cost!? If you are wanting to be re-circumcised for cosmetic reasons then you shouldn't just see any doctor!. You need to find one that does 'good looking' circumcisions so as to avoid having even more damaged skin!.
