ya just use my diet of two rocky road tubs, 5 hotpockets, half a muffin, a baccon begal, and a slice of cake drenched in melted lard!. Good stuff =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are following a healthy balanced diet, then chances are that your weight is fine!. With the increase in physical activity you are bound to lose some weight because you are burning more calories!. Just make sure that you do not lose too much because then you are setting yourself up for injury!.

If you are concerned then you can talk to your doctor to make sure that you are eating right for your physical workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well im like that too!. im 14, 164 centermetres tall and weigh 49!.5 kilos!. people always say im really skinny even though i eat a lot!. it depends on the person sometimes!. if you have a good metabolism then you can digest food faster and not put on weight as fast!. if you dont then it is easier to put on weight!.

sorry but i dont know how to convert to feet and pounds!. im in australia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sure doesnt sound to skinny!. im 5'8" 130 and i hear it sometimes about eating more but i play basketball and baseball in school and when im just hangin out and i cant seem to gain much!. plus i rather be slim and if i pig out i dont wanna get a gut!. u seem like u must be in good shape so i say just keep doin what ur doin and dont pig too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used to get that crap all the time!. Being skinny is better than being fat!. (certainly more healthy) Also, I've noticed that the people that call a person skinny are usually overweight themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
