Yet my brother doesn't workout AT ALL!.!.!. all he does is stay on the computer lookin at cars, and buys old cars and install audio systems for his amusement!. yet he is sooo much more powerful than me!.!.!. Sometimes he comes with me to the gym, and he waste the whole time listening to his Ipot and eatin M &Ms!. He also looks a bit more masculine than me, slightly deeper voice, more hairy!.!.!.!. etc!. Answers:
Your personal trainer should know better and tell you that working out so much is not beneficial for you especially since you are working on strength gaining!. You need rest periods and rest days, working out more then 5 days a week can hurt your results!.

We are the same way when we tell people they wont lose 20 lbs in a week as we are with those who wont lift trucks in a week!. Its a process and you have to do it steadily, not in a rush!. Your brother doesn't need to do what you do to have more strength, his body isn't as tired as yours is!. Want to surpass your brother, then slow it down and be more rational to your bodies rest time!. If your person trainer tells you to work out more, longer, harder, etc, hes not that wise!. Rest periods and rest days are also very important to your muscle and where you want your strength to come from!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Grow up and quit being a whiner!. You're setting a bad precedent that will eventually adversely affect your relationship with your brother in the future!. You are your own man!. Don't allow some imaginary competition with your brother to dictate your life!. There's nothing wrong with your fitness concerns - hell, they're admirable!. Make sure you do things for the right reasons - to make your self happy and those around you!. You'll enjoy life more if you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyones different, and good at their own thing!. im sure you are great at weight lifting, and other things too!. it may not seem fair that he is stronger, but its his genetics!. you cant help that!. im sure in time since you work out more you will pass him up!. but until then, focus on being the best you can be, not just better than your brother!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude dont envy your brother, im the same way i work out a ton, im strong but yet my lazy *** brother is bigger and more power full!. isntead of being jelouse of him i just look up to it and work harder to be better then him so that way it pushes me more use it to your advantageWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok, two words:
EVERYONE'S DIFFERENT!.

even identical twins are different (i know you're not identical!.)
don't worry, you'll eventually get stronger and maybe one day surpass your brother, but for now, you are what you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

genetics!. Since your not identical, your brother could have gotten beefed up in the muscle mass section in genetics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is your question!? No, I can't help you if you don't ask a question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

BUY LOTS OF STEROIDS!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

damn that sucks just work harder and in time you'll get strongerWww@Answer-Health@Com

You'd probably be better off if you stopped giving a crap!. Yes he is your brother, but he is no different than any other dude!. Quit wasting your time worrying about things that really don't matter!. If you want to get stacked, then do it for you!.

How much longer do you really think your brother will have the upper hand on you if he just sits around like you say he does!? Does it matter!? Is someone going to give you a trophy if you lift more then him!? The bigger man (metaphorically) would have concern for his brothers health and try to encourage him to be healthy instead of one-upping him!. Heck maybe you'll even come away from it with a dedicated lifting partner/motivator and a better 'friend'!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
