Question: Help with this weight!?
oK i used to weight 270 now im at 164 but i em not satisfied just yet!. I want to weight 150 by august why because i have a date by then!. Im 17 5'9

1!.Is it true that if i burn more calories then what i eat can i loose weight fast!?

2!.What if i add muslce milk would it hurt me!?

breakfast:Fruit

Lunch:Chicken breast with veggies

Dinner:Salad

Total around 400 calories while i will burn around 800 calories a day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

how did you lose all that weight and how long did it take you to lose the weight, because I'm on the heavy side and working hard to lose all that excess fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle builders will make you gain weight, so those are a bad idea, and your diet seems perfect, but you should add some sort of grain into it!. Just work out a bit more (probably more cardio than muscle building), and you should reach your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jesus Christ, please, PLEASE eat more food!. 400 calories is just horrible!. That's not dieting, that's starvation!. Why would you want to weigh 150 and be 5' 9'' anyways!? 164 sounds like a perfect weight to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
