Question: I'm over wight and i can't do any thing im 13 years old!?
i live in england and im 94 kilograms im 30 kg over wight
i tried chinese medical stuff i paid 350!.00 pounds and it made me put more wight on nothing helps i dont want to be the fatest kid in europe PLEASE HELP (winner will get 10 points)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you poor thing!. try cutting your meals in half!. try and walk even if its just a few houses up the road!. talk to your mum and dad!. if they see that you hate being like this they will help by not getting junk food and get you moving around more!. even try this i hear that it does work!.
sit on a kitchen chair so your feet can touch the floor!. life one leg up at a time to your tummy then down then do the other!. you will feel a tighness in your stomic area and this will help lose that belly!.
another good thing is a carb diet!. (not good for long periods of time) cut out all your carb intake this means breads pasta potatos!. these foods are heavey and fill you up more and cant seem to break down much as you need to burn the food off more!.
even i know in australia a big % of people eat because there bored or their bodys telling them hey im thursty but your brain mixes this up and you think you need food!. try filling up more on water or diet drinks!.
every one knows how hard it is to lose the belly but once its gone you will be happy, great looking and have chicks all around you!. and most important is your healthy!.

Well please don't worry, I'm sure you aren't the fattest kid in Europe, i have seen fatter!.
The only thing that you could try is to have plenty to eat at breakfast that will fill you up, so that you won't end up eating loads later on in the day!.
And replace snacks with fruit instead of crisps and chocolate!.
Drink plenty of water and exercise, Now it's summer there is no excuse for being stuck inside, so do something fun, like play football, rugby, walk your dog, go swimming or even have a water fight!.

It's not actually hard when you think about it, all you need is some motivation and just try and be happy for yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried all the simple stuff first!? Like no snacks, just three meals a day, and an hours excersive everyday!?
All these other "alternative" remedies are all fine, but will do nothing unless your willing to put in the work too!.
Eat healthy, get off the sofa and get your blood pumping, and if after a few months your still not seeing any changes, go to your doctors to check there isnt a medical reason your not loosing the weight!.

Hi Sebastian!. You are definitely a little on the heavy side for your age but you've given no indication of your height!.!.!. so I will take your word for it that you should weigh in at 60kg!.

Here's the deal!.!.!. you will grow taller!.!.!. and some of that stored energy will be burnt up in that process!.!.!. so there is some natural assistance about to arrive for you mate!.

Secondly, whatever happens you need to make some decisions!. This is because boys who are overweight at 13 can easily continue to be overweight at 45 unless they do something about it!.

Forget medicines!. There is no magic pill for obesity!. The solution always comes back to lifestyle decisions!.

So, I made a lifestyle decision a couple years ago!.!. to lose my tubby butt and guts!. I wish I had made a lifestyle decision 2o years ago so that I didnt have to work so hard to achieve my goal!.

You will need to eat a healthy diet so that you can grow to your full potential!. This means fresh vegetables and fruits!.!.!. and lean grilled meat!. Avoid processed foods and packaged foods and tak away fast foods!.!.!. and anything in a can or a packet or a bottle ! (This will save you and you will help save the planet too)!.

Do something physical three times a week!. Preferably something aerobic!.!.!. like bike riding, rowing, running, boxing!. You can also lift weights regularly to keep your muscles toned!.

These simple concepts, coupled with the knowledge that you are about to grow in a growth spurt for puberty will make you a devilishly handsome 18 year old!.

Go and get your blood sugar levels checked to make sure you are otherwise healthy!. Obesity can kill you young!. Don't become a heart disease statistic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are lots of fad diets, diet pills and other products on the market today we'd ll go broke trying them!. But reality is without living a good healthy lifestyle not one of them is going to do anything positive and long term!. so, instead of those quick fix products that don;t really work, you need to make changes!.!.!.

One big thing is to get a doctor to check you out thoroughly to make sure your weight is not caused by glandular problems or similar!. If there is a medical problem then it can get properly dealt with!. at the same time, the doctor will be able to assure you that you can do physical activity without any harm!.

the other things you can do easily to get in better shape are:
1!. eat lots of good nutritious foods - especially fresh fruits and vegetables!. though starchy foods (potato, rice and pasta) only in moderation!.
2!. fast food, pop, chips, etc - reduce intake to as close to zero as you can!.
3!. walk or bike instead of driving!.
4!. if you use the bus get on 2 stops late and off 2 stops early - walk the extra bit!.
5!. use stairs not elevators
6!. go for walks - whether aroudn h eblock or through a park!.
7!. start doing simple exercises like puch ups, sit ups, etc!. nothgin too difficult and you don;t need to start with too many!. main thing is to do a few of each a couple times a day and increase as you start to feel results!.

None of this is goign to make for super fast results but if you do it faithfully and stick withit, it will produce permanent improvements and you will like the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are many different ways to lose weight!. this is how i do it,
1!. exercise in the morning, or example walk to school!.
2!. eat a healthier lunch (healthier!) dont go from crisps to apples!. slowly start to change wot you eat!. so start cutting down on the cakes or something that you will buy or cookies!. more haste less speed!.
3!. dont cut stuff out of your life complety, say chocolate!. dont complety say im never going to eat chocolate again!. this will make you want it!. eat the stuff you like but not as much as you used to eat it!.
AND REMEMBER THIS TAKES TIME!
this is usually the downfall of many people who try to lose weight!. you wont see results instantly!. it may take a few months to lose sum or even see any results but keep at it!.

i do this for one month dont eat crisps, chocolate or sweets and do little excersizes in the morning trust me this helps!. its kinda hard the first week cuz ur tempted but then you will be find get your um or dad to buy nice healthy things for you to eat!. i hope this helps =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to exercise on a regular basis try starting off with jogging {I know it's embarrassing at the start I'm fat }but as you loose weight the people that see you will notice how determined you are and how much weight you've lost-------good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i know how it feels like i am not that fat but if i keep it like this i will be one!.my advice is:
do exercise in the morning and evening
half your meal
always do something active
eat healthy

Eat only fruits & veggies and lean protein like fish, turkey, chicken breast!. No fat or butter, no regular pop!. Have veggies all ready cooked so all you have to do is grab a plate of food heat it and eat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
