The best thing you can do here is possibly consult a physician if it is a few weeks, I had a friend who had a similar issue and had to have an ultra sound done on his testicles, his issue was minor and resolved via a few doctors appointments, I just don't know what he had wrong--- better safe than sorry with this stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
my bf's balls sometimes ache or hurt randomly too, it all depends maybe your not masturbating enough so their getting sore because you need to "relieve" the pressure or maybe you have blue balls!? I dunno!.!.!. or did you get hit in the balls recently!.!.!.

i had experienced the same thing last week!. the pain was dull and intermittent but still i was worried and so i consulted my urologist!. he examined my balls and advised me to have a scrotal ultrasound with doppler!. the results showed that i have bilateral varicocele and an epididymal cyst which is harmless but can cause pains in your balls!. i dont' know with varicocele because i've read that it might affect your fertility!. i have yet to consult my urologist about this!. varicocele is very common among adolescent guys so it could be it!. better to consult your urologist about it!. the sooner the better dude!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I highly doubt it's cancer, but it's probably growing pains!. As you enter adulthood, your testicles could be growing the last little bit!. If you're seriously worried, see a doctor!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
