Question: Do you know the proper way to wash your hands after you use the bathroom!?
The other day I was in a public restroom and I noticed that most men were putting a little soap on their hands and letting water run on their hands for about 2 seconds, then cutting the water off and drying their hands!. I just couldn't help but think about how uneducated these men are when it comes to hand washing!. It makes me not want to shake the hand of any man!. Do you know the proper way to wash your hands!? I actually had to be "trained" on how to properly wash my hands!. wet your hands, add soap, lather, the lathering(washing) process should take long enough to sing the happy birthday song in your head, thats how you know you have effectively washed long enough, rinse, grab a paper towel, dry hands, then turn off the faucett with the paper towel(as to not reinfect your hands)Www@Answer-Health@Com
The proper way to wash your hands is squirt soap on your hands and lather your hands and under your finger nails!. Rince off the soap and dry thoroughly!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
