Almost every few hours a day, I feel the need to masturbate when I come upon a thought that turns me on!. In order to get rid of the feeling, since it bugs me, I masturbate to whatever is available, like a picture of someone attractive!.

Masturbation is a selfish act!. Why not practice temperance or self-restraint!? One thing that can help is to get your mind on something besides having sex with women AND men!. I definitely think it is abnormal to masturbate as much as you say you do!. Frequent masturbation not only corrupts your mind, but it will also have an affect on how you relate to sexual partners; and the effect is not a good one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Considering the number of teens and young adults here who ask that question and then tell how many times a day they masturbate, then you are normal!.
