The best way is to go to the gym, and have an employee walk you around and show you the best machines to use and how much time to use them for!. Or you can get a personal trainer for a day, or do some research on the internet!. Then you have to cut out almost all fatty foods out of your diet!. Everyone in the world has a six pack, it's just most people have fat on their stomach to cover it!. So you have to get rid of the fat so that you can see the sixpack!. Getting a six pack is more about diet than it is excercise!.

Yes eating healthy is what actually gives you abs!. In reality everyone has abs!. But they usually don't know that because abs are covered up by a layer of fat, or their abs are just too smooth and flat because they don't do any type of ab exercises!. Getting a six pack is only 10% ab exercise and 90% nutrition!. You won't have a visible six pack if its covered in a layer of fat!. Men have to decrease their body fat percentage to 6% or lower usually for nice visible six pack abs and women are usually 8% or lower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
