Wrist problems from bench?!
Question: Wrist problems from bench!?
i'm 17 ive been working out for 2 years now my PR on bench is 375 but ive been experiencing problems with my wrist and i dont even lift heavy anymore i have really small wrists i feel as if my genetics are limiting me are there any workouts i can do for my forearms or to train my wrist or anything i dont think theres any muscles in your wrist but i'll try anything except roids!. please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
