How do I know if I am really working my abs?!

Question: How do I know if I am really working my abs!?
i am working out my abs into a six-pack

I did a work out and felt pain for a while then took a few days off, than when I stated working out again, it felt kind of tried,

Am i on the right track !? Is this normal!? Does this mean my muscle in my abs are working, but I have to make the workout harder!?

Just wondering because i am new to all this, i plan to stay around 190 bls, how long do u think it will take me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Just working out your abs aren't going to get you"wash board" six pack abs!. You have to be really fit!. Meaning your body fat percentage has to be 6% or lower usually for men!. Women however are 8% body fat or lower to have a visible six pack!. Honestly if you didn't know, everyone has abs!. If you can't see them or feel them, its probably because they're covered by a layer of fat or they're just really small and flat because you don't do ab exercises to develop them!. Getting six packs is actually only 10% ab exercises and like 90% nutrition!. You have to shed all the body fat off before you can see your abs!. That is if you have body fat over 6% for men and 8% for women!. But doing ab exercises are still good for strenthening your core!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of the best ab exercises is the bicycle crunch exercise!. You can do a search on google images on "bicycle crunch" to show how its done!. Don't over do it!. You may be doing an ab exercise incorrectly and it's causing problems!.

Sports medicine websites state that the bicycle crunch is one of the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
