Question: 14 year old gettin built but limits!?
whats a good way to get a kind of slim build, so when i flex i have muscle and when i take my shirt off i have some abs!? Im 14 and have absolutly no money for gym or equiptment!. Also i have a problem when i get really hot i start itching and sometimes breakout in hives!. So being outside kinda is a downer for me!. Thanks for the answers!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not screwed at all!. Gyms haven' been around forever and have never been accessible to everyone!.
Do an internet search for "home cardio exercises"!. There's plenty you can do with absolutely no equipment at all: cruncehs, pushups, lunges, leg lifts, toelifts, etc!.
If you have the money, start out with a jump rope or some dumbbells!. Dumbbells are great for their versatility and they come in different sizes!.
If you access to a pool, nothing beats swimming for all-around conditioning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
