About 3 days ago I was at the lake, and while standing up quading I was hit by a tree branch swinging back after my friend hit it!. Needless to say I ended up with 8 stitches, (7 on it)!. Lots of exercise!.
Everytime you feel like whacking, drop and start doing some push ups or run a few laps around your house or something!.
The goal is to make yourself too tired to do it!.
Also look into some overtime at work!.
Anything you can do to wear yourself out is your best bet!.
