Question: Help extra skin after loosing weight!?
i used to weight 270 now 160 im 17 5'9!. I noticed i have extra skin in my chest ares saggy boobs!!. I have a date in august and i want them gone any ideas!?!.!.!.

I also drink muscle milk twice a day is this healthy!? i wont get fat would i!?

Also run for 30 mins and weight lift for 30 as well!!.

Im after a girl i been liking for a year now just hadent asked her out because i was fat but im good now!!. Shes now going out with a fake so i gotta rescue her!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing chest exercises, such as chest presses, fly presses with dumbbells or push-ups!. This will help your muscles tighten up and in turn allow the skin to not look so saggy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You forgot to state your age!. Most young people that looses fat and have the extra skin might be able to shrink it and go back to "normal"!. If you are younger than 21 this is true, after that it may take a while!. Surgery might be needed but keep up with working out you done a tremendous job!. lol take her back any way you shouldn't have extra skin unless you lost weight surgically but all you have to do is tone those pectorals up and do some more crunches and you will get rid off those man boobs for you!. muscle milk are just calories you should only drink those when your riped pros drink those to get calories to build musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Skin is very elastic in young people!. It will get a lot better over the next couple year!.

Surgery is the only way to get rid of any saggy skin that doesn't go away on its own, but it is very expensive, very painful and leaves scars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
