No, of course not!. Why would they do that when you're sleeping and not whenever you change clothes, get dressed or shower!? Mom and dad trying to keep you from sleeping in the nude!? There's no harm, as long as you're comfortable!. STDs only get passed directly from someone who already has them to someone one else by direct body contact!. They don't materialize out of thin just because of what you do!.
Just keep your bedroom door securely latched so you and other family members don't get embarrassed by their walking in on you!.

You probably could be infected in your penis by sleeping naked, if your bed was used daily by multiple people and you didn't launder the sheets for a couple of months!.

Sleeping naked really has nothing to do with infection!. Just observe good basic hygiene!. Keep things washed and clean!. Incidentally, although we have this rule about washing our hands after using the urinal; it's really more important to wash our hands BEFORE using the urinal -- no dirty hands on the penis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
