Here are the averages that I found!.
At 12 - 13 yo the average is 2 to 4 inches and at 14 - 16 yo the average is 4 to 6 hard!. Rarely is a kid longer than 6 inches!.
So many kids exaggerate and say they are 6, 8, more, but they are usually lying!.
In my work I've seen all kinds and at all ages!. This is a big concern for young kids but by 17 - 18 they are all caught up to full size!.
