Answers:
penis size differs for all people!. there are various factors that you need to take into account such as your height, weight and lineage - your dad, grandpa, etc!. your penis size is on the smaller side but that's not to say that it won't grow because it absolutely will!. Keep in mind that puberty will bring about all sorts of changes including growth spurts in ALL areas of your body!. Also penis size really doesn't affect your partner, by that I mean when the time arrives to engage in intercourse you will still be able to pleasure your partner regardless of your penis size!. And if you can still provide pleasure to yourself through masturbation why worry about the size of your penis, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If puberty has not kic ked in then yes it is !. At 13 you could easily only be in the early stages or not even started
The process is not an overnight occurrence and can happen to a different time scale for all young guys
So perhaps you are anxious because you have seen a few of your mates already have developed , but you will catch up and even may overtake them
However if you are really worried you should speak to your parents and get the doctor to check you outWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to give it a year or two before you start worrying about it!. Depending on where you are in puberty, if you have even started puberty, the next few years could bring some major changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
