Work out on my vacation?!


Question: Work out on my vacation!?
have off the rest of the week!. No kidz this week they are in camp!. I am going to work out all day long for the rest of the week!. Any suggestions on what could have the best effect!? And there will be cardio/weight training!. What could make me lose the most weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a workout planned for the week!. Mon-Sun!. On what days are you going to work specific muscles and what exercises do you plan on doing those days according to those muscles and how many sets and reps will you be performing!? You have to have a workout planned before you can actually randomly decide what to do the following day!. For example Monday you can work on Your Chest and abs!. Do 3 sets of each and atleast 10 reps!. Pushups, bench presses, dumbell flyes, dips, and some crunches and the plank for the abs!. Tuesday you can work your legs, do 3 sets of each and atleast 10 reps or more, Squats, lunges, leg lifts, and calf raises!. Wednesday can be your all cardio day where you dont weight train at all!. You can do 45 min or longer on the treadmill, run around your neighborhood, jumprope for 30 min etc!. Thursday will be your shoulders!. Do 3 sets of each and atleast 10 reps or more, dumbell shoulder press, military press, lateral raises, and front dumbell raises!. Friday will be your back and biceps!. Do 3 sets of each and atleast 10 reps or more, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, and underhand pullups!. For your back, do overhand pullups!. Seated rows, front lat pull downs, and dumbell rows!. Saturday and sunday are your rest days!. Dont train on these days!. This is just an example of how you can set up your weekly workout routine!. i think u should just rest on ur vaca but anyway u should do cardio it would work and if u do weight taining u will get bulky and gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
