Question: Red dot on arm !?
ok , well ive had this red dot on my arm where my muscle is i think it is over a vain or something so im guessing it could be from a shot at the docters office it has been there for a while maybe a year or like 10 months!.!. and i find them all over my body some times and some times it is spread around the area the original one is!.!.!. any idea what this is!. i never had chicken pox but i dout it is that because it has been tehre and spreading and disappearing for a while!.!.!.!. any idea what this is!.!.!. btw i am 14 years old!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you answered no,no,no,yes, then I have something like that!. I think they are moles in the making!. It seems like I'll have these little red translucent spots most anywhere, after a while I notice that it's turned brown or black and is now a mole!. Also, I get a lot of sun and never wear sunscreen!. Does this sound like what you're experiencing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest that you go see a dermatologist!. Before I'd go, (if I were you!.!.!.) I'd have a list [date, time, condition of flare-ups] ready of the meals I had, places I've been, sprays like deodorant or cologne I've used, type of laundry detergent your mom uses (and water softener rinse)!. This may help the doctor to narrow down and omit some possible causes!.
Your body is reacting to something, and it is best to find out what it is so that you can get control over it!. You don't want to ignore something that may be related to some illness that can render some health issues for you later on in life (like fertility, heart or nerve issues)!.

Maybe it could be ringworm also known as Tinea!. I had it to, well Iam a teenager so it is very common!. Look this up and see if the picture matches to your skin or red dot!. LOL!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a birthmark of sorts!. You can be born with a "birthmark" that is red, that can be reabsorbed back into the adjoining skin!.
My niece was born with an adult-thumb-sized birthmark on her hip, and it disappeared by the time she was two!.
As an adult, starting around 40 yrs old, I began to get little red dots showing up!. But they stayed!. They were raised, and just stayed put, without changing size or location!. It kinda makes me think of a blood vessel that kind of stops at the surface and just sits there, and if I were to poke it, it would bleed quickly and alot (that is what I suppose!.!.!.I have NOT pricked one to find out)!.
As others have suggested, do see a doctor about this!. It may be an indication that you are having liver or similar internal organ issues!.!.!.
