The first step is recognizing you have a problem!. Do you think about it all the time, want to go home and see it, wake up in the middle of the night to view it, etc!. Is it effecting your life in a negative way!? Are you becoming a recluse, not going with friends places, day dream about it, look forward to the time your get to be by yourself to go on the computer, etc!.!? Try changing your routine!.
