Although washing your face daily will help keep acne away, variances in face wash and washing techniques will have little effect to be honest!. The acception to this is obviously certain medications as perscribed by a dermatologist!. There are many myths behind different ways for teens to beat acne!. Such as over washing your face, or not to eat greasy food and touch your face!. All of these are completely false!. These are usually beleived in part because of a common misunderstanding of how acne works!. Oils are a factor, but the main culprit is a poral infection cause by traped dirt under your skin!. This is the part where individual biology comes into play!. You see everyone breaks out differently!. Which is why seeking what tricks other people use to solve there acne issues more often then not, will have little help for hour individual skin problems!. So many personal and individual factors such as stress, age, hormones, and genetics determine how serious your acne will be!. You could wash your face a thousand times a day with the same soaps as the jock with perfect skin does, but see absolutely no positive change in your own skin!. Just an overly dry, chaffed face!. Anyway, I recomend using a typical OTC(over the counter) fashwash in the morning, and before you sleep!. Doesn't matter where or how you use it just as long as you rinse it off completely!. For some extra help try a oil clearing astrogent such as Neutragena or Clean and clear!. Periodically through the day put some on a cotton ball and gently remove excess oil and dirt from your face!. Its easy and you can do it anywhere!. If you're still having trouble make an appointment with a dermatologist!. Puberty blows and its even tougher when you are more prone to break outs than others!. They ate defanately managable though!. So, don't get too down!. Just stop trying to look to other peoples myths and tricks!. I can tell you from a proffeaional position that I've never heard of a single one being truthfull!. Take care!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use a face wash (just something from walgreens is fine) twice a day!. You can get one that's both a face and body wash so you can use it in the shower and not feel too girly!. DON'T USE SHAMPOO OR SOAP, they will clog your pores or dry out your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
