Start of Growth Spurt...?!


Question: Start of Growth Spurt!.!.!.!?
Hey, i'm a 13 yr old boy and about 5 foot 4 inches, lately ive been eating way more than usual and wanting to sleep more as well as ive seen a lot of changes in my body such as larger hands and feet yet no change in height!.!.!.is this finally the start of a growth spurt!?

The changes you are noticing is the biginning of a growth spurt!. You may not see any change in height just yet!. Males have their last growth spurt around the age of 21, so give yourself some time before no time you'll see yourself getting taller, it happens when your least paying attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
adolescence is the phase where growth spurt occurs!. usually its 12-18/21 for males!. since your 13, you might be experiencing that "growth spurt"Www@Answer-Health@Com
