As Ash said!.!.!.He is wrong, urine is completely sterile (completely clean)!.
You don't need to worry about it, however if you don't you will need to wash it well in the shower!.!. You do NOT want to be dirty in that area ;-)

Nope!. Think about this: uncircumcised babies and young boys don't pull their foreskin back when urinating; if this were bad, they would all get infections!. Not only that, but as an adult you also (or should) take a few seconds to wash it when you shower!. I don't pull back my foreskin and have never had a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well me personally i get a clothes peg to pin mine back to my balls!. it hurts for the first few years but then it just kinda rips off and is fine!. try it!. helps when you're doin the pee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
