-your jaw may change
-your penis can get an erection (don't worry!.!.!. your penis becomes hard and rigid caused by blood rushing into the intricate blood vessels at your penis!.!.!. that's basically what erection is)

-your oil flow increases (hence the reason why it is IMPORTANT to invest in skin care, even if you're a dude!)

There's no way to know - everyone matures on their own schedule!.
